:pierov, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1555815, could you take a look?

I believe my next chunk of patches for Bug 1556014 and Bug 1556016 will resolve these problems, as it addresses a race condition.
The try build I pushed yesterday didn't have any failures at least, but I don't know if I was just lucky.

Some of the issues of browser_dynamical_window_rounding.js were fixed
in Bug 1555815, therefore this test can be re-enabled also on Linux.
