We will be reviewing existing Necko telemetry probes and adding new ones where we find opportunities. (Including additions to the pageload telemetry event (e.g. protocol version and DoH state).
Similarly we will review the Necko profiler markers and expanding where possible.

This is a candidate for profiler marker improvements:
Bug 1618687 - Too much time attributed to "waiting for socket thread", need to gather more information about what happens before the start of a request
