They are hosted on Twitter (pbs.twimg.com/media), and so are being blocked by the content blocker.

Images still not loading on this site, weird because many similar bugs of images hosted on twimg are now working

This issue affects Desktop as well and it's still reproducing. I could reproduce this issue on macOS 13 with Nightly 140.0a1.
Note: The issue is reproducing with Standard mode in PBM as well.
