Steps to reproduce:
You are in the bookmarks manager an you have enough bookmarks (in one folder) so that the scrollbar is active and you have at least one folder (within this folder).
Now, when you select a bookmark you get a different box on the bottom of the bookmark manager than when you select a folder. In this box you have the field "Name", when you selected a folder, and, when you selected a bookmark, you also have the field "Adress" and other fields. The consequence of that is that the box has different heights depending on whether you select a bookmark or a folder.
The issue happens when you switch between selecting a bookmark and a folder. It does not happen when you switch between a folder and a folder or between a bookmark and a bookmar.
Actual results:
The list of entries (bookmarks and folders) scrolls, so that a double click doesn't works.
Because when you have selected a bookmark and now select a folder, the list scrolls and your cursor is now above a different entry. If you now make the second klick of your double click, then a different entry is selected.
Somehow the different height of the box on the bottom of the bookmarks manager causes the list of entries to scroll.
Expected results:
The list of entries (bookmarks and folders) is unaffected. It doesn't scroll.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
