Steps to reproduce:

When i compose a new mail or reply an email, the field CC recipient is empty.
It ignore the: account settings->copies and folders->when sending messages: automatically CC / Bcc these email addresses (in my case doesn't include my personal email address)

Actual results:

The CC field remain empty

Expected results:

Automatically insert the email address which is configured at the:

Account settings->copies and folders->when sending messages: automatically CC ...

As you have reported this bug by yourself into bug 1777683.
Have you tried to disable E2E encryption (or is it enabled)?
If yes, we are probably seeing the same bug I assume, yes.

Yes i confirm, when i disable E2E encryption i don't have the problem !
