1778851 - TB crashes on startup but then works ok on Win11

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/103.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Start Thunderbird, or start profile-manager, choose a different profile, and start Thunderbird.

Actual results:

The crash-reporter immediately appears and shows the below information. When closing the crash-reporter (and sending the report) Thunderbird then seems to work normally without any issues.

I expect this will be fixed by bug 1773392's blocker
