Steps to reproduce:
In new address book re-design it is NOT possible to drag & drop a contact in horizontal layout to ANOTHER address book on the left side.
This is only possible in vertical layout
Actual results:

Expected results:
Contact Drag & drop should be possible in horizontal address book layout too
Confirmed in 102.0.3 (64 bits) on Win7 PROx64 in normal and safe mode; when in Horizontal layout seems to dominate de copy/paste mark-out over the drag & drop

Yes Thomas, we've fixed this already in bug 1777913.
You can test it in the upcoming beta 104 (available soon, here).
After some beta testing, will uplift to 102, too.
