1778957 - Somehow highlight the target when drag'n'dropping a contact onto the address book list

When dragging a contact onto the list of books, it's not obvious which one is the target of the drag, there is no feedback. I'm not sure what feedback there should be, probably changing the colours and/or adding an outline, but I'll code the changes necessary.
