1778979 - Attachment paper clip cut off in message list

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1777468 +++

The fix that we ended up with in 1777468 didn't quite fix it for my system stylesheets, but it is a lot better. After some more investigation it turns out that setting padding-inline: 2px 5px; for .attachmentColumnHeader in messageIcons.css for linux fixes it.
