Add a Google Fields section and include the following:

  • Chrome Status: [dropdown menu for one of the six values below]
    • Not Included
    • Application Under Review
    • Included
    • Change Requested
    • Blocked
    • Removed
  • Chrome Root Store Inclusion Date [lookup from a Chrome approved Root Inclusion Request]
  • Chrome Root Store Inclusion Version [lookup from a Chrome approved Root Inclusion Request]
  • Chrome Root Store Removal Date [date picker]
  • Chrome Root Store Removal Version [text input]
  • Chrome Root Program Comments [text input]

Note that the Inclusion Date and Inclusion Version values would be implemented in Bug 1779079

For MVP we can adjust the following two fields:

  • Chrome Root Store Inclusion Date [date picker]
  • Chrome Root Store Inclusion Version [text input]

These fields are now on root certificates in CCADB production, and will be added to the new root inclusion case type per Bug #1773376.
