I am not a maintainer of the team in question - I see only Travis Blow & Hal Wine are - so NI'ing them. (Travis, Hal - this might be a good opportunity also to ask about making some SREs maintainer of this everyone team to help with onboarding of teams we support - just a thought).

So, I'm gonna clear those NI's - Usually the mozilla-services onboard includes the request for the everyone team - and I just need the person's manager to approve it, so I've NI'd Mark Reid to approve the invite to the mozilla-services org. (Though if Hal or Travis have thoughts on adding others to the maintainer's of that team, I'd be happy to, or as maintainers, they can promote others.)

Mark - Please give me a thumbs up and we can get Frank added to the mozilla-services org.
