(Whiteboard: [likely bug 1777683])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/103.0.5060.114 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I have configured both "Place a copy in Sent folder" and "BCC these email addresses: me@example.com" in Copies & Folders.
Actual results:
On sending an EMail my address is not added to BCC:. I don't get a copy via smtp, either. The sent Email is added to the Sent folder, though. The advanced search doesn't show me additional copies of the EMail.
Dropping the Sent-folder option doesn't fix BCC.
Expected results:
I should have got a copy of the EMail. Thunderbird's filters should have put the EMail into the right folder.

Harald, can you please try Thunderbird support first ?
Note that if me@example.com is also a CC recipient of the sent message, auto-BCC me@example.com may not be added (by design).
- Exact version
≡ > Help > About Thunderbird? - POP or IMAP?
- Problem occurs with
≡ > Help > Troubleshoot Mode…? - Did you use the 'From' dropdown in Write window to choose sender?
- Did the auto-cc address appear in Write window's Bcc field?
- Please add proper steps to reproduce, each thing you did before sending in numbered list.
