Zone.com, an extremely popular multiplayer gaming site, only supports Internet
Explorer. They used to support Netscape 4 but since updating their software,
only support Internet Explorer. For a year now, they've been saying that their
Netscape 6 support is under 'development', but it's still not ready.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://zone.msn.com
2. If you don't get a message, click on one of the games, for example 'Age of
Empires'
3. Now click on a game room, for example Death Match 1
4. You'll probably be asked to sign in with your .NET "passport", sign up if you
don't have one, then sign in.
5. You'll get javascript errors like 'please wait for the page to finish
loading' , even when it has and a page telling you to get internet explorer.

Actual Results:  
You'll get javascript errors like 'please wait for the page to finish loading' ,
even when it has and a page telling you to get internet explorer.

Expected Results:  
It should have allowed you to play on Zone.com - except they aren't allowing it.

Zone.com uses its own plugin and lots of javascript that is deliberately only
compatible with internet explorer. 

This bug must be fixed as zone.com is *the* most popular multiplayer gaming site
on the internet.

I  have emailed MSN customer service several times but never received a reply. I
have also gone into 'MSN Live Tech Support Chat' where you talk with an MSN
support representative. I told them to fix this problem, they said they would
look into it but I haven't received any reply or heard anything since.

I've been contacting them for more than a year now so they're obviously not
going to be fixing this unless several people take action.

I have noticed that the 'browser not supported' message has been changed. Now it
no longer says that Netscape 6 support is under construction.

I do realise that this is MSN and they aren't exactly going to be nice about
Mozilla but this is the most popular multiplayer gaming site on the internet as
far as I know and this really needs to be looked into. I'd love to email MSN
customer support, please give me some information on doing so because so far I
don't know how to.

from Netscape or Mozilla might help?
