Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to about:preferences
  2. Set "Website appearance" to "Dark"
  3. Navigate to https://mrotherguy.github.io/fx-nightly-changelog/

Actual results:
Buttons are transparent

Expected results:
Buttons should have a color

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1779457

I can reproduce this issue in Nightly104.0a1 Windows10 dark color in windows settings.

For now, as long as this is the only regression, I'd rather fix it on the website's side: https://github.com/MrOtherGuy/fx-nightly-changelog/pull/4

We might need to go back to use the preferred color-scheme for this case, but that makes stuff behave slightly weirdly on light pages that don't specify a color-scheme.
