1780785 - Sidebar closes/reopens when granting/revoking access to Private Windows to add-ons using the sidebar

Note: Most likely macOS is also affected but I don’t have a device running this OS

Description:
Granting and revoking access to Private Windows for add-ons such as Tree Style Tab, Tab Center Reborn, Tab Stash etc which use the sidebar will cause the sidebar to close/re-open and perform a sort of content refresh which is visually unappealing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install an add-on which uses the sidebar, for example Tree Style Tab
2. Notice the sidebar opens
3. Access the add-on detail page of the add-on and grant then revoke access to Private Windows
4. Observe that the sidebar will close and then re-open which causes a sort of sidebar content refresh that doesn’t look too good

Actual results:
Granting and revoking access to Private Windows to add-ons using the sidebar will cause the sidebar to close/re-open and perform a visually unappealing refresh.

Expected results:
The sidebar should remain open and not perform a content refresh when granting and revoking access in Private Windows.
