User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/102.0
Steps to reproduce:
In order to replicate this, for me at least, all you need to do is go in to the manage history tab and scroll down a few dozen entries. From there, you just hold shift and click.
Actual results:
In my experience, I can be down 300 entries or more, but as soon as I press anything I am shot up nearly to the top and only select about 20 entries or so.
Expected results:
I expect that it would select the entry I actually clicked. I think that if you click any entry that the "Name, URL, Tags" organization tab would appear over it will act as null and re-select your previous selected entry. Tested this a few times and it has been 100% consistent, so I believe it's the cause.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Managed to reproduce on Firefox 103.0 and Nighty 104.0a1.
It must be noted that the issue easily reproduces on the first attempt, and randomly occurs afterwards (1 out of 10 attempts)

This looks to have the same cause as bug 1774799.
