This bug is currently blocked until a release of https://github.com/getsentry/symbolic/ is published which contains PR #605.
Once such a release is available, we need to update fix-stacks to it, and then update our toolchain to the updated fix-stacks version.
This is one of the prerequisites for bug 1779631.

The symbolic release has happened, I'm looking into updating fix-stacks now.

This adds support for breakpad sym files with inline information.
Without this patch, things would break if we started emitting
the new format.
