Add-ons installed via policy might have some restrictions and some actions might not be possible, e.g. Bug 1522820 where the "remove extension" item in the toolbar context menu is disabled.
In Bug 1777483, we did the same: the "remove extension" item is also disabled when it the enterprise policy disallows this action. That being said, this isn't great UX because users may not perceive the difference between an add-on installed via policy and otherwise.
We should reflect that in the UI.
