Details
When an Information Update Case has been in status "CA Providing Data" with no changes for over 2 weeks, automatically update the status to "Verification By Root Store", and add a Case Comment:
Automatically changing the status of this Case because it has been in the "CA Providing Data" status for over 2 weeks.
When an Audit Case has been in status "CA Providing Data" with no changes for over 2 weeks, check if the provided audits have ALV Status = PASS. If yes, then automatically update the status to "Verification By Root Store", and add the Case Comment.
