Reminder for CAs to click on the 'Submit to Root Store' button in Add/Update Root Request cases

Details

We would like the creator of an 'Add/Update Root Request' case to be automatically reminded about clicking on the 'Submit to Root Store' button. This reminder should be done by adding a Comment in the case, so that an email gets sent to the CA because they may think they have already completed their case and may not login to the CCADB for a while. Also, the latest case comment is visible in the root store task list report about open 'Add/Update Root Request' cases, so we'll be able to see that the reminder has been sent.

When to add the comment:
Case Type: Add/Update Root Request
Case Request Status: CA Providing Data
Last Modified Date > 5 days

Comment:
Please open this Case in the CCADB and click on the 'Submit to Root Store' button (after entering the applicable data into the Case).
