1782418 - Can't create a new contact from the compose window menus - broken window

On Mac (and maybe other platforms), if you open up a compose window and go to File -> New -> Address Book Contact, then you get the window greyed out with a small blue square in the middle of it.

This is because abNewCardDialog.xhtml is referenced but no longer exists:

This affects TB 102.0.
