"Clear History" button in QuickActions section in Address Bar redirects to https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/105.0a1/WINNT/en-US/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox website page instead of opening "Clean Recent History..." window.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open latest Mozilla Firefox Nighty 105.0a1 (2022-08-05) (64-bit)
2. Select Address Bar
3. Press "Clear History" button
4. Notice that this website page - https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/105.0a1/WINNT/en-US/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox - is opened

Observed results:
"Clear History" button in QuickActions section in Address Bar redirects to non existing website page.

Expected results:
"Clear History" button in QuickActions section in Address Bar opens "Clean Recent History..." window.

This fix becomes obsolete in light of the recent changes done in bug 1783862.
