Dead links:

1. Prefetching

In text "see the online Link Prefetching FAQ" -- Target language needs to be modified to "en-US", so that it will lead to this page.

2. Proxy Auto Configuration

In text "see the online MDN documentation on Proxy Auto-Configuration files" -- Link target language needs to be "en-US" and should lead to here!

Additional info

a) Probably also other Languages affected, at least for [De] both links in Help do not work
b) Does someone see additional problems?
c) I can create a "repaired" file and attach it here ; would also integrate fixes for "Bug 1269434 - cs_nav_prefs_advanced.xhtml: Typos"

Will become fixed for en-US with "Bug 1784694 - Dead links and typos in cs_nav_prefs_advanced.xhtml [de]"

The patch at least for the first link is not strictly needed for the native en-US version because the link wil be expanded. But we sync help with en-US for some langauages and if you set a different language it will fail too. So ok with me and thanks.
