This is a regression from 91.* to 102.* at least on Windows OS.

STR:

1. Enable the Menu Bar
2. Customize the main toolbar: Disable Titlebar and Display "Text" only for the buttons

The combination of these 3 options leads to missing OS Icons to handle the window. When hovering the area, it's still possible to use the "invisible" buttons, but the icons are missing. Maybe this only a CSS issue in 102.*
