Steps to reproduce:
Using thunderbird 102.1.1-1 from Debian sid/unstable, composing a message with a receiver having an S/MIME certificate, and clicking on the suggestion banner on the bottom to encrypt the message. Then press Ctrl + enter to send the message.
Actual results:
The context menu in the bottom for selecting the language opens.
Expected results:
The message should be sent.

Thanks! I believe Paul that this is happening. Not the end of the world, but focus management after using Encrypt from inline notification bar should be improved so that Ctrl+Enter keeps working. Managing focus after various notifications is an art - we have been bitten by this before (bug 1716823, bug 1740355).

Here is a recording. After clicking Verschlüsseln, I pressed Ctrl + Enter, but invisibly the focus is on the language selection.
