Steps to reproduce:

Run Thunderbird.
From the menu select Tools > Export.
Click the Export button.
Choose a file location.

Actual results:

Get the error "Export failed unexpectedly, more information may be available in the Error Console."

Expected results:

Export Wizard should run.

My profile is 211MB. This is happening on Windows 10.
