Followup from bug 1784488: common-shared.css hardcodes a font-size only for HTML documents. XUL documents using this stylesheet get their font-size from font: message-box. Having the choice of markup language affect the font-size like this seems arbitrary, so we should probably consolidate this at some point.

There's also a workaround for this current inconsistency in browser/themes/shared/preferences/dialog.css.
