1. Have some downloads exist in the current session on a recent copy of Firefox 105+.
2. Visit about:downloads

ER:

The items in about:downloads should look the same as they did in Firefox 104

AR:

The font size has increased significantly from what it used to be. This is similar to bug 1786858.

Not exactly. Bug 1786858 was about chrome-level modals.

Bug 1784891 made about:downloads consistent with other about: pages. Are you seeing inconsistency in that regard? Or did you expect this to be consistent with the downloads panel? I would argue that shouldn't be the goal, as the content area is a much larger surface.

I think this is basically working as expected, but perhaps we should tweak --downloads-item-height for less generous spacing.

I guess I was just comparing it to what it looked like before bug 1784891 landed. If that's the intended appearance, then we can probably close this as INVALID.
