Thanks for this feedback! So the current implementation is set up so that tab history is isolated that specific window and that specific session where tabs were opened/closed. We can consider potential updates to this behavior post MR if we decide that to be viable.

Reopening and adding this to be added to the Backlog. I think it's something we can consider in future discussions for a follow up iteration.
