1879629 - "Recently closed windows" does not appear in Firefox View

Steps to reproduce:

1. Had two Firefox windows opened.
2. Closed both.
3. Restore session setting only reopened the window closed last.
4. Opened Firefox View.
5. Saw "Recently closed tabs", but not "Recently closed windows".
6. Saw no way to restore the window that was closed first.

"Recently closed tabs" didn't include the tabs in the window that was closed first. "Recent browsing" and "History" weren't useful, as some of the tabs had been opened for months.

Workaround: Press Alt+S to open the History menu, then use the "Recently Closed Windows" option.

Actual results:

Firefox View does not include "Recently closed windows".

Expected results:

Firefox View does include "Recently closed windows".

Looks like we're already tracking this issue in bug 1788097 - I'll merge the two.
