1789120 - "Pause Updates" stopped working on RSS Feeds

Steps to reproduce:

Noticed this a few betas(?) ago (currently on 102.2.1) that right-clicking on a RSS Feed and selecting Pause Updates doesn't seem to do anything. Apparently I can Unpause paused folders with no way to pause them. I noticed it does this even in Troubleshoot mode.

Actual results:

Doesn't seem to do anything, I noticed if you right-click on a feed that isn't currently selected after choosing the option it'll jump back to the one selected, but I can't remember if it always worked like that.

Expected results:

It should switch the feed from normal to Paused, thereby skipping updating the feed when that applies.

Recently updated Thunderbird to 102.3.3 (Windows:64bit) and am experiencing the exact same issue:

• If I right-click on subscribed RSS Feed and click 'Pause Updates' nothing happens: the feed does not pause and the verbage does not change to something like 'Paused' like it did until recently.
• If I right-click on the main Feeds folder and click 'Pause All Updates' nothing happens, all feeds remain unpaused.
• Same issue while in 'Troubleshoot Mode'

Confirmed with version 102.4.2

When I right-click on the main Feeds folder and click 'Pause All Updates' nothing happens. It's only possible to enable this option by disabling the option Account Settings/Server Settings - Enable updates for all feeds.
