Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.foxnews.com/politics/flashback-warren-confronted-angry-father-student-loan-handouts-screwed
- Scroll down the page.
- Observe the behaviour.
Expected Behaviour:
The twitter embedded posts are displayed.
Actual Behaviour:
The twitter embedded posts are missing from the page.

- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private

I've reproduced this issue using an affected Nightly build with STR from comment 0, on Win 11. The issue is still repo on latest Nightly 140.0a1 under Win 11.
Edited: This is repro also with Standard in PBM.
