Steps to reproduce:

Start MyPhoneExplorer and navigate to a directory on the phone containing images.

Drag an image to a TB compose window.

Actual results:

Image inserted into the composition and attached.

Expected results:

Overlay should be displayed to let the user choose.

Already broken in TB 91, working in TB 78 where the decision whether to insert or attach was made based on the drop location.

Likely regressed by the rework of the attachment area in the compose window.
