1790324 - Reschedule dialog is barely readable in dark mode

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:104.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/104.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. invite someone to an appointment
2. this someone does ask for a rescheduling
3. click on the reschedule button

Actual results:

Reschedule dialog is white text on light blue background, it's next to unreadable (see screenshot attached)

Expected results:

Dialog should follow the theme and have a dark background

Thomas, can you check the 102.3.0 candidate build that there are no obvious regressions for this specific item?
