1790577 - The invisible drop marker in the tab list is kept after tab item drag-and-drop

Steps to reproduce:

1. open 10 tabs
2. open "List all tabs" menu
3. move one tab at the end of the list
4. close 5 tabs
5. open "List all tabs" menu again

Actual result
the menu is opened with 5 items and extra padding at the bottom, with scroll bar

Expected result
the menu is opened with 5 items. no extra scroll or padding

this is caused by the invisible drop marker, positioned at the bottom of the menu at step 3
