Apart from us reporting SVG_LENGTHTYPE_NUMBER for unknown units (bug 1791044), it seems that we expect the value field be the actual computed value as well.

Hm. The ticket refers to "All CSS units" but in the proposed change (Which is probably stale, admittedly) doesn't seem generic in a way that automatically adds all CSS units. I'd like to keep this open as "see also" of bug 1287054 and close as dupe if we can reach a generic solution in that ticket.
