Steps how to reproduce with installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.14 beta 1 pre Mozilla/5.0 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 Build 20220801210005 (Same with normal user Profile and newly created User Profile Default Classic Theme) on German WIN10 64bit:

1. Launch German SeaMonkey
2. <f1>for Help
3. Search Help for "SSL Protokollversionen"
4. Open the only hit for that search
5. At the bottom click link behind 'Einführung in die Public-Key-Verschlüsselung (in englisch)'
   » leads to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Introduction_to_Public-Key_Cry%2520ptography – "Page not found"
6. At the bottom click link behind Einführung in SSL (in englisch)'
   » https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Introduction_to_SSL – "Page not found"

Additional Info
a) For (5) an appropriate new link target mibht be https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Glossary/Public-key_cryptography (But see discussion in "Bug 1707906 - [De] mailnews_security.xhtml: Dead Link to "Introduction to Public-Key Cryptography""
b) For (6) I did not find a useful page on developer.mozilla.org
