docshell/test/mochitest/test_bug529119-1.html is failing with the following message:
FATAL ERROR: Non-local network connections are disabled and a connection attempt to www.some-nonexistent-domain-27489274c892748217cn2384.com (50.17.73.210) was made.

Appears reliably on try: Windows 10 x86 2004 WebRender opt (test-windows10-32-2004-qr/opt-mochitest-plain-xorig-5) though this job doesn't seem to be regularly triggered.

Also appears reliably on my local machine, 64 bit linux pop!_OS 22.04 LTS, just trigger with
./mach mochitest docshell/test/mochitest

Not sure if this is the right component.
