Steps to reproduce:
Create a new e-mail account from the new e-mail account wizard ignores the outgoing settings and account-specific credentials and sets the outgoing SMTP server to the previously createn first account of the host instead.
Actual results:
I created an e-mail account through the add a new e-mail wizard in thunderbird 91.13.0. The incoming server is setup normally (doesn't matter). Then, setting up the outgoing server to the same settings as a previously added account, except the username for the outgoing server being different.
Then, after finishing the account and saving the settings, the outgoing SMTP server credentials are all ignored and the account is instead linked to the first account createn on said server. This causes all outgoing settings, if using an existing host, to use the same credentials for sending e-mails, no matter what the credentials are that are specified during the wizard (username is essentially taken from the already createn first account of said server, causing invalid aliasing when the e-mails on the server are using the e-mail addresses as credentials for sending on shared servers (for example hotmail, outlook, gmail etc.)).
Expected results:
After finishing the account and saving the settings, the outgoing SMTP server is added to the SMTP server list as a new entry with the specified host settings and the username specified in the SMTP server fields during the wizard.

Can you try if this is fixed in TB 102? Thanks

Indeed, I think we stopped this re-using sometime during the 91-102 cycle. Please reopen if you can reproduce in 102.
