Steps to reproduce:
Open a website in Firefox Nightly.
Click the lock icon in the address bar.
Click “Clear cookies and site data”.
Do the same in a French Nightly version.
Actual results:
In the “Removing Cookies and Site Data” dialog, the text layout hides half of the action buttons in the Nightly en-US version and entirely in the fr version.
Expected results:
User can see the buttons.
