1794399 - Email View source using Dark Theme Menu Toolbar contents invisible when window has focus

Thunderbird 102.3.2
Dark Theme.

1. Select Email
2. click on 'More' > Select 'View Source'
   New Window opens and displays contents of source.
   Expected :
   The Menu Bar at top should display 'File, Edit, View, Help' using black font on white background.
   Actual Results:
   The Menu Bar at top is using white font on white background so menu bar items are invisible.
   If you hover over Menu Bar then you will see the appropriate hidden menu item suddenly appear.
   If you select any other window to have focus, then the view source window Menu items in the Menu Bar reappear.

Tested in Thunderbird Safe Mode -same results.
