Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.vox.com/the-goods/23388038/positano-travel-instagram
  2. Scroll down the page.
  3. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The Instagram embedded posts display content.

Actual Behaviour:
The Instagram embedded posts do not display content.

Fixed by SmartBlock Embeds, user is now able to load the embeds via toggles. See Bug 1892173.
