Comparison in tooltip position between XWayland (left) and Wayland (right) near screen edge.
STR:
- Start with
MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1on Ubuntu 22.04. - Open a video in Picture-in-Picture.
- Move the PiP window to the bottom edge of the screen.
- Hover the cursor over the PiP playback controls.
The hover tooltips appear at the cursor position instead of being vertically offset like with X11/XWayland.

Yes, I tried to fix that but without luck. The anchor is set here but I didn't manage to get the correct placement:
