Steps to reproduce:

Add-on registers for "selection" (or "all") context when creating menus.
Text in Subject line of header pane selected.

Actual results:

Only stock context menu available on selection.

Expected results:

Add-on menu items should also have been available.

I've marked this as an enhancement, although I'd say I think it technically verges on being a bug since text is selected but the menu doesn't change. I would to swear to it, but I /think/ we used to be able to tap into the header lines (all of them?) for context menus back in the XUL days (although I guess that's not surprising).

In this instance, the Subject line is what I and my user was after, but this arguably applies to all textual header fields that may be visible. Email addresses could be more tricky now they blocks in their own right.
