Steps to reproduce:

I have some filters which move mails to some folders and mark them as read.
The filters works w/o problems. All folders were reindexed after the TB 102 upgrade, the target folders for the filter were manually repaired based ion a suggestion here: https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/display-notification-with-read-email-102-3-1-32-bit/m-p/15397/thread-id/6787

Actual results:

Receiving a mail via POP3 and the automated/every 5 minute fetch, I get an unread message red dot in TB's systray icon with a message "1 unread message" for messages which ar moved/marked as read by the filter.

Going to the TB main window, there is clearly no unread message.

Manually fetching mail again clears the unread message flag in the systray.

Expected results:

Since there is actually no unread message due to the filter action, the systray icon should not display an unread message in this case.

In fact, I never observed this problem in TB 9x so this looks like a 10x regression to me.
