Going to Tools->Preferences->Connections

Using the context menu Paste Option does not work in any of the text fields
there.  This may be more wide spread in the preferences, but I have not tested.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools
2.Preferences
3.Connections
4.Right click in text field and "paste" (make sure you have something on clipboard)
5.Nothing happens
Actual Results:  
Absolutely nothing

Expected Results:  
Should have pasted text from clipboard

confirmed on winxp 20021111.  however i could use the control-v shortcut to
paste and u can also right click and press "p". like the reporter said, actually
clicking the paste button on the context menu does not paste, instead the radio
button "manual proxy configuration" is selected
