After Bug 1776069, we saw a marked decrease in the success rate of the WDBA. We are going to back it out and see if that fixes the problem.

A note about the lack of verification on Nightly. We don't actually know what is causing the problem with the WDBA, so we don't really know what exactly to test. The reason that we are backing these patches out is because they were the only ones to merge in the version where the problem started occurring.
