Details

When downloading new messages, a number are likely to be moved to another folder.
dmose stated on #mozilla that these messages should be processed when the
destination folder is selected.  I am not seeing this happen, the messages
retain the Uncertain/Unprocessed Junk icon.

Build:  2002111104 Win32 .sea.exe installer

all accounts are POP. Messages deleted from server.

fix this today.
