User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:106.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/106.0
Steps to reproduce:
Update TB from 99 to 100 or later
Actual results:
I use Ubuntu Mate I did the system update that took me from version 99 to 102. As soon as you start Thunderbird the window on the left with the accounts remains empty. From the drop-down menu the accounts appear, from the configuration menu there are. If I try to download the data the exchange with the server takes place. This is a problem displaying accounts in that window. I installed the latest version of TB 99 (99.13) and no problems. From version 100 (beta) up to 102.4.0 they all have the same problem. Can you fix it? Thank you.
Expected results:
Resolv this bug to display correctly accounts and use its.

Tried with Help | Troubleshoot mode? (-safe-mode)
Any errors in the Error Console?
I did some tests: I added a new account. At the end of the operation, all other accounts are displayed. Eliminated the "service" one everything seemed to work normally. Unfortunately, restarting everything disappears again. It's a TB bug. :(

If it works in trobleshoot mode, it's caused by some add-on. Disable them one by one to find out which.
I also tried safe mode mode it is not TB which goes into safe mode. I don't have any plugins installed with TB. The problem depends on some program line of the new TB as adding a new account works, on reboot it does not. Probably some routine is started, incorrectly programmed, which cannot read the files related to the composition of the windows concerned. This situation perhaps depends on the particular configuration of the accounts that are not all together but distributed internally and externally to the main block of incoming mail accounts, in my opinion.
Hello, if it was useful I could send my profile to be able to solve the problem.
Can it be useful? How can I send it?
Thank you

It could, send it to mkmelin@thunderbird.net, and refer to this bug.
Time to prepare it. Do I also have to report the message base or is it not necessary?

Just zipping it up should do.

FYI, updates are not considered to be migrations

For the profile it will take longer. There are company emails and we have to work on them.
Are console errors enough?

Please try the following and report back on results.
- Menu icon > Help > More Troubleshooting Information
- Under 'Application Basics' - half way is Profile Folders - click on 'Open Folder' (Windows OS)
In a Mac it may be called 'Open Finder'
In Linux it may be called 'Open directory'
window opens showing contents of your profile name folder
- Exit Thunderbird now - this is important
- click on 'calendar-data' folder to see contents.
The file called 'local.sqlite' has all calendar stuff.
- Please rename the 'local.sqlite' as 'local.sqlite.old'
- Click on 'backup' folder
You should see a file called 'local.v22.sqlite'
- Copy the 'local.v22.sqlite' file
- go back up to the 'calendar-data' folder
- paste the 'local.v22.sqlite' file into the 'calendar-data' folder
- then rename the 'local.v22.sqlite' file as 'local.sqlite'
Make sure the 'properties' of the 'local.sqlite' are not set as 'read-only'
Start Thunderbird.
