Garbage dotted rectangles appearing below the Select area after a scroll up of
its scroll thumb.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL mentionned
2. Select item "Toolbars & Menus" in the Components area
3. Now Drag Up the Scroll thumb of the Components area

Actual Results:  
Garbage dotted rectangles below the Select area.

Expected Results:  
No garbage :-)

Can repro this, but only when resizing the window when the selected item is
scrolled out of view.

I can't reproduce this bug using 2003081002 NB.

Works for me with a 4/29/2004 build on 10.1.5, trying the steps of both the
original report and comment 6.

Looks like it was fixed somewhere along the way. If anyone still sees this, it
can be re-opened.
